RETURN POLICY

*IVORY BELLE CUSTOM DESIGNS are NOT returnable. As a small business, due to our limited edition inventory, we are unable to process exchanges or returns for our custom designs. Once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make any modifications. We apologize for the inconvenience. (Effective April 29th, 2022 for our custom designs only)

Similar to nearly all other online boutiques, Ivory Belle offers online store credit only for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with attached tag and the original invoice included. Items that are not returned in their original state will be sent back to you and denied the ability to return.  

Swimsuits, accessories, and sale items are final sale. Items purchased using SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS are final sale. These items are exempt from being returned.

Items that appear to be worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, etc... will be rejected the ability to return. Please double-check your items before returning.

Item(s) need to be shipped back to us within 14 days after the day they have been delivered. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.

If you are returning item(s) purchased on a gift card that was issued to you from a previous return, that gift card can only be used once, and cannot be returned multiple times.

 HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:

  • Send us an email at info@shopivorybelle.com
  • Make the subject field "Returning an Item"
  • Please provide your full name and order number and date of purchase
  • Please provide the reason for returning 

We will then send you an email back with a shipping label that you can print. Please understand that the shipping cost to return your item WILL be deducted from your online credit. All return labels are $6.00

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-3 days for processing and 3-7 business days for shipping at the latest. We are pretty quick to get your orders out ASAP, though :)

If you would like something delivered outside of the US and you are having a problem placing your order, please email our customer care at info@shopivorybelle.com and we will see if we can work it out.

Ivory Belle is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, lost or stolen orders. It is your responsibility to make sure you have a secure location for delivery.

Who is responsible for paying International taxes and duties?
If your local government imposes taxes and duties, you will be responsible for paying the taxes, duties, and/or custom fees. Please contact customs specific to your country for more information.
